The TIPC15 is delivered with the Windows 10 operating system and OBJ InkDraw printing software. OBJ InkDraw is our software that is specially designed for coding/marking applications. With a crypto-key, features of the Mail InkDraw are also available. All HSAJET® software solutions provide the features needed for their respective markets, including database connectivity and unique serialisation capability, as well as an easy to use intuitive design.
We deliver the CB6e in an office-style PC (OPC), specially configured to match printing requirements. Ask for our PC recommendations if the CB6e is to be used for integration purposes. If a less space demanding solution is required, the Mini-PC with an i7 processor is available (max. 8 pens). For installation into rack mounts etc., a rack-style PC is also available. Our standard PC's are delivered with the Windows 10 operating system and OBJ InkDraw printing software.
Every stall in our F-type printheads has a switch. This has been added to avoid damage to the printhead if the ink cartridge is removed from the stall during print mode. If a cartridge is removed, the power to the printhead is cut off.
Our MiniTouch Premium version is made specifically for our Premium printheads, which are made from black powder-coated aluminium. The HSAJET® Premium MiniTouch MTHP4 can control print height up to 2", either as single heads or in a combination of 1, 2, and 3-pen printheads.
With its small size, the controller fits where you want it. With the printheads mounted externally, the printer can be used for downprint as well as sideprint. The compact version (MiniTouch and side/low printhead) gives you a controller and printhead in one unit making it ideal for side printing, e.g. on boxes.
The printhead is made from hard anodised aluminium with a CrN-treated aluminium footplate. The printhead can be positioned closer to the conveyor belt than other printheads, as the distance from the nozzles to the bottom edge is minimised.
