Product Target Count Received Via Web Application

After receiving successful Target Count to PRODUCT COUNTERSs via Web Application, the AI based Counter will generate digital output (24 Digital Current – DC) to trigger the Packer Discharge and Belt Start

When Target Reached at Counters

When Jamming Conditions

If Bags come at jamming, the counter should still count the bags properly

When Network Disconnected

After sending target if the network is disconnected controller will save the running target after reconnection it will show same running target to UI (User interface)

When Counting Starts via Counters

Counter sends running count to LED Display and Software application for online dashboard. Counter also generates an alarm 10 counts before the target count. For Ex: For a total count of 400, the counter will generate an alarm at 390 to inform the user and count will be completed after 10 more products

When Damaged Bags Comes

Counter will analyze whether bag is damaged at loader side or packer side and ask user to send confirmation for new bags for the replacement of damaged bags

When Overlapping conditions

As per algorithm, counter will detect the bags on overlapping conditions

PACKER COUNTER

In This type counter we have 2 types : Discharge Pulse Based (Accuracy Level = 100%) Metal sensor based (Accuracy Level = 99.99%). Discharge pulse based type counter will work based the packer discharge pulse, this type counters available for all new types of Packers. Metal Sensor based counter will be available for all the packers. In this model we will place the sensor at the discharge chair with some mechanical arrangements depends upon the packer structure.

LOADING COUNTER

In This type counter we have 3 types: Load Cell Based (Accuracy Level = 99.99%), Ultrasonic Sensor Based, (Accuracy Level = 98.00%) AI Camera Based Counter and Recording System (Accuracy Level = 99.99%) In Load Cell / Ultrasonic Sensor based counters we will place the Load Cell or Ultrasonic Sensor at sliding chute (before Loading Belt and after Cross belt) for good accuracy AI Technology based Camera Counters can be installed at any location with adequate light arrangements. This solution also records complete Bag Counting Videos which can be referred in future for Audit perspective..
